Latin American Leadership Academy - Coach, Admission officer

• Advised and coached 55+ Virtual Bootcamp participants on leadership and social innovation by providing personalized guidance, resulting in enhanced understanding and application of key concepts.

• Coached 12 students by designing personalized action plans, successfully helping them raise $5,000 to fund their camp participation.

• Interviewed and evaluated 100+ prospective LALA students by assessing their qualifications, contributing to the selection of the 2024 cohort.

• Facilitated group discussions by guiding leadership conversations, fostering collaboration, and increasing participant engagement.

Brandeis Student Union - Director of Public Relations

• Directed a team of 6 students by organizing the SU Instagram and Facebook accounts, increasing followers by 2,400+ and 1,500+, while also managing and optimizing the Student Union website.

• Planned, organized, and budgeted the Student Union Annual Gala, successfully hosting 25+ attendees.

• Collaborated with local businesses by establishing partnerships and boosting community engagement for Student Union initiatives.
